- Signed in? Open the Help Desk in the town. Your question reaches the team, and the reply comes back to you there. Locked out, or your school isn't on WeGuide yet? Write to hello@weguidelb.com and tell us your school.
- Parents and guardians
- Write to hello@weguidelb.com. Tell us your child's school and grade so we can help quickly.
- Schools
- For enrolment, rosters, counselor access and dates, write to hello@weguidelb.com or to your WeGuide contact.
- Your information
- To see, correct or delete what WeGuide holds about you, write to hello@weguidelb.com. If you joined through a school, the school can also make the request for you.
- Security
- Found a weakness? Tell us at hello@weguidelb.com before telling anyone else. We reply to every report.
